Return Policy
We want you to love your MYOURSA purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
How to Return
- Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label.
- Pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Drop off the package at your nearest shipping location.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? You can exchange your item by initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest possible delivery of your exchange.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
